An update for our clients and patients:

We are currently working within the parameters given for the COVID-19.
At this time, we ask somethings of our clients to ensure we are keeping focus on the health and safety of all our clients, patients and employees, without compromising the quality of our services.
In interest of all our clients and staff we are requesting for any client who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties refrain from coming to the facility. If your pet has an emergency, please call us so we may find a way to accommodate your pet.
Limit the number of people presenting with your pet to our clinic
We are also limiting the number of people in our lobby to aid with social distancing, please call us when you arrive. So, we may check you in.
*Only one person will be allowed in a room, and we ask that you wear your mask at all times in accordance to the mandate given by Dallas County.
*No one will be allowed in the lobby.  Please refrain from waiting in the lobby.
*Most monetary transactions will be done in the exam room.
*We ask that you refrain from speaking to other clients in the hospital.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This situation is rapidly evolving, and we will provide updates as needed.

**Vaccine Clinic protocols/procedures**

This service will be curbside only, no exceptions will be made. If you must be present please set up an appointment. We will be providing only a vaccine clinic on Tuesdays from 8am-5pm. You will not be taken in before or after this time, if we do you will be charged an exam fee. Due to the limitations, we have with the staff there is a surcharge for non-essential services like nail trims and anal gland expressions. We ask these services to be done on a different scheduled day. 

PLEASE BRING A CELL PHONE. Everything is done with electronic forms sent through text messages. If you do not have the availability or access to a cell phone please call us so we may find a way to accommodate you.


Once you arrive at the clinic call our number 972-629-9766, we will ask for your phone number to send the appropriate paperwork to be filled out. This paperwork can be done ahead of time to help expedite your time here with us. 

This paperwork will have a vaccine package to choose from as well as heartworm/flea prevention available for purchase. 

If you have never been to our clinic before we will also have a new client form that needs to be filled out as well. This form can also be found on our home page all the way on the bottom.
